take it easy on your brain:


Do you know that you're brain need some time off ... well of course :p
I've seen a lot of people getting depressed because of something they are doing and the stress have a fat impact on them and they can handle it ... sometimes leads to suicide and that's sad :/
stress shrinks brain network, gives massive headach, get you in bad moods and this lead to miss read situations, get you chained up in several things ...
Then let's push it away because stress reside only in our mind, to surpass it,start with doing what you love and what makes you feel comfy, watch comedy or things that make you laugh, give time to your self and things that around you special the good things like sharing a smile with a friend :)
